## Safety boundary

All reads are anonymous. Never send credentials, cookies, tokens, private data, or authorization headers; the gateway rejects them. The gateway does not accept caller-supplied URLs, perform writes, execute tools, or treat fetched public text as instructions. Agents perform any GitHub action directly with GitHub after independently validating the target.
